BOOK REVIEW OF AKSARA BHAGVAD GITA

DESCRIPTION

How were the rules framed? They were framed based on the parameters. How was Parameter identified and on what authority? Parameters were identified based on the attributes of the Gita. The authority too is derived from God/Gita. Isn’t the identification process obsolete and unscientific? There isn’t anything more scientific than the Gita. Just see the explosion of Artificial intelligence applications, be it Drones, Siri, Echo, or Robots. They are all non-human but endowed with intelligence.

MY REVIEW:

Books are  a treat for Book- lovers, however not all love mythologies. But, I recently went through a mythology and it blew my mind.
Picked up from the concept of the Bhagvad Gita, Aksara Bhagvad Gita is much more than the traditional narrative style used to decipher culture, values etc. It actually has the audacity to bind you to it.

Not at all restricted to the religious aspects of Hindu mythology, this book sets out to define a completely different parameter of religion, race, creed, customs and traditions. The plot, characters might be same but the way the story has been drafted is very unique in itself.

The characters described in this book relate to the real-life experiences and environment around us, pretty well which is why it gives an opportunity to the readers to grasp the truest essence of what Gita is all about.

The narration style, titles, vocabulary usage is appropriate. It envisages truth and simplicity and it's importance in a person's life. I would gladly rate it 5/5 and would recommend all the readers to give it a read.

Book Review of Shehar Me Ladka

Some books don’t feel like books at all – they feel like someone opening up a corner of their life and letting you step in. Shaher mein ladka, ladke mein… was that kind of book for me. I come from a small town myself, and like the author, I once carried the same restless dream of moving to a city. Reading these stories, I could almost hear echoes of my own journey – the confusion, the excitement, the way the old world never really leaves you even when you’re chasing a new one. What I loved most is how honest these stories are. Some are drawn from the author’s own life, some from friends and family, and some from the way life just brushes past us when we’re not expecting it. But all of them feel lived-in and real. At times I smiled, at times I just sat quietly with a line long after reading it, and a few stories left me with that sweet ache of remembering where I came from. This isn’t just about small towns and big cities – it’s about the spaces in between, the people who shape us...
