MY REVIEW

After the successful completion of Vitamin H Volumes 1 and 2, Abhishek Deepa Thakkar is here with the third volume. This too a masterpiece and I know nobody would deny to this fact.

This book constitutes the author's life in various phases. It talks about Spirituality, gratitude, wisdom and the truest potential of a human being. It is often said, it is the self realisation and motivation oozing out from within us that can lead us to a greater future. No amount of wordly treasures and luxuries can satiate or quench the thirst of a soul, but true happiness.

Vitamin H edition 3 is a phenomenal collection of 365 quotes that can act as an everyday motivational capsule for your whole year long. When it is hard to choose or when you are caught in a dilemma, try seeking help from this book, it is going to work wonders.

An absolutely amazing amalgamation of life experience, wisdom and learnings of the author's very own life envisages and relates pretty much to our day to day challenges and sufferings, simultaneously proffering strength, positive vision, determination and confidence to overcome the life's toughest phases and to knock failures from the front.

I would also like to congratulate the publisher, Lab Academia for putting up their precious efforts in publishing this book, the work done by them is commendable as well. Moreover the cover and presentation chosen by the team adds up to its beauty. Really, a must buy!
I would suggest everyone to give it a read and gladly rate it a 5/5.
